I have bought a Macbook air (We've received your order #{removed per forum guidelines} ) which does not appear in my past purchases in the best buy platform.
So:
My macbook is with malfunction and I need a repair: I NEED A RECEIPT, any proof it is mine and I can't have one.
1. Plase, fix the platform, I want the details there.
2. Please send me my receipt.
