I returned an item with a UPS prepaid shipping label and UPS has lost the package

Hello, I returned my item using a Pre-paid shipping label that Best Buy provided. 

 

I dropped the package off at UPS on Jan 12th, 2021.  It seems that UPS has lost the package. 

 

I filed a claim with UPS and they have detirmed that they are unable to locate the package, however they cannot issue the payment for the item to me, as I am not the shipper.  The shipping label was generated from Best Buy's shipping acount.  

 

What I am I to do at this point??

For anyone reading this, Best Buy support was on it quickly and was able to help me out. 

 

If you are having this same issue, the best way to get it solved is to create an account on this forum and post a message.
