I placed an order online 3/31/2020 never recieved comfirmation email

I placed an order online on 3/31/2020 but never received a confirmation email, i checkout as guest.However, my credit card was charged. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.

This happened to me today 4/1/20. I am going to call in the morning. Hope this gets resolved soon.
