Asus Laptop Was Never Delivered. I Contacted Best Buy Multiple Times Regarding This And Each Time I Was Informed A Refund Was Issued And Is Processing. They Said It Would Take Up To 15 Business Days But It's Well Past That. I Have Chat Transcripts Where They Confirm The Refund Was Issued But I Never Got It.
It has been two months. The deliverer was OnTrac and they state they investigated the issue. I've ordered over ten thousand dollars worth of items from Best Buy and this is the only time an item was not delivered and I'm not being helped whatsoever.
