I need help with my online order I need more tine

So I woke up today in the morning to and email from you guys that said the payment didn't go through and my best guess is that the bank thought it was a fraud or maybe it didn't gi through because no one works there on Sunday and the email said that I have to find another way to pay in 24 hours and that was sent at 12:34 AM and I already called Best Buy about this and they told me to call the bank to tell them to authorize they payment but when I called them the Bank is closed and this item that I pre-ordered more than a month ago already sold out and I got really lucky for buying it and I don't want to cancel it I'm just asking for at least 36 hours to fix this.

I can definitely understand the excitement around securing your copy of an anticipated title, so I would be looking to clarify all of my options here as well. We would not be able to extend the window allowed to update your information at this time.

 

I realize this may not have been the answer you’d hoped for, but we hope that you were able to get this take care of within the timeframe allotted.
