I need a customer support email to write to

I cannot find an email address for customer support ANYWHERE. I called the pointless number just hold for almost an hour and then get transferred until I was hung up on. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had or dealt with. It’s almost impossible to actually talk to someone.

There is no customer service email. These forums can help you though as it's run by corporate. Whats the issue you are having ?

This is a false statement. There arent any other ways to contact you. I called every number I could find only to reach Eternal Hold and a promise of a 10 min wait.
I had to cancel my order because the delivery folks didnt bother to knock on my door (I was home) and just left a note to call and reschedule. Nobody answers. You can ask for a call back, but you wont get one. Couldnt reschedule online so I went to the store. Since it was being delivered from a warehouse, they couldnt help. Why didnt they call or text me that they were there if they werent going to knock. My dogs would've gone nuts if they'd put any effort into knocking. Not a peep out of the pups. Now the money is taking forever to get back into my account. Thanks for nothin
