I’ll NEVER order from Best Buy again.

On February 5, 2022, I placed an order on BestBuy.com for a MacBook Pro 14" Laptop - Apple M1 Pro chip - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD (Latest Model) - Space Gray. The model number for the item is MKGP3LL/A.
First and foremost, the order was supposed to be delivered to my home the next day. It wasn't delivered on 2/6 so I contacted Best Buy and they had told me that my order has been delayed. I contacted Best Buy once again on 2/7 and they updated me with the status of my order. It was in transit and it was going to be delivered to my home before 10 pm CT.

On 2/7 I received an e-mail from Best Buy stating that my order was delivered at 10:21 am. I have been home all week due to COVID-19. I also have cameras on my front door. I live in an apartment building and I order very expensive things and I've decided to get cameras. No one ever arrived. I instantly contacted Best Buy and they told me to wait 24 hours and see if the order would then be delivered.

On 2/9 I contacted Best Buy once again. I still haven't received my order. I spoke with customer service and they told me that my order had been signed by someone named 'TTISOUR'. I'm explaining to them that this name is completely fraudulent and I have no idea who that person is. I also spoke with the customer service chat and I spoke with an agent named Kenneth G. He informed me that I would be issued a refund after we ended the chat. I will attach an image of the conversation below. He said that he had refunded me for the order, he said that the funds would be credited back to my original method of payment and that it take up to one billing cycle for me to see the refund reflected in my bank account.

On 2/10 I received an email from Best Buy stating that they won't be refunding me. I'll never do business with Best Buy ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM BESTBUY.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2/10 - I received a text from FedEx which stated: FedEx: Research for tracking number 289501014xxx is complete: our records indicate your package was delivered on 2/7/2022 10:21:20 AM. If the package has not been located, please contact your shipper to initiate lost package procedures. Reply stop to stop.

2/10 - I contacted Best Buy so that they could initiate the lost package procedure. I was rudely hung up on so I contacted chat. She then gave me the reference number for chat. Best Buy hasn’t initiated lost package procedures! All I want is: A) my package or B) a refund. I’ve shopped from Best Buy several times and this is the worst experience ever. I really should’ve listened to all 11,000+ of the negative reviews!

Wasn’t solved. Won’t refund me or won’t contact FedEx on my behalf to initiate lost package procedures.
