Starting to get a little annoyed at BestBuy's customer service. Kind of lame I cant email directly but oh well. On Dec 28th I bought 2 graphics cards after confirming with support chat that my price match is all set. Its been 2 weeks and I havent seen anything in my debit card account... I just got off the phone with yet another unhelpful customer support person. This is the 3rd time I have called and I have used the support chat 2, maybe 3 times. With records of all of it. No one can seem to tell me when I will be seeing my refund... Can anyone help??
