I don't have the option to return my item?

I accidentally ordered something earlier this week, and was unable to cancel online. I was also told that I would have th pay for the return shipping.


I got the item today, and went to my account to start the return process, but I don't see any "Return Options" button. The order still says it's "Shipped" even though I got it today. 


Please help.

Thank you for visiting us again here on our forums. As a serial procrastinator I know the added stress of a deadline is never a good time, especially if you're trying to receive a refund. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for a shipping status to update in our system but I would be glad to take a deeper look in to this for you.
