I'd to return the camera ASAP

Hi there, 

On 11/29/2019 I've placed this order - 

Order Number:

{Removed per forum guidelines}

 

But I haven't opened the box at all. I have not taken out of the package even. 
I was planning to do Youtube videos, but circumstances have been changed related to my family, and I have to travel to Australia ASAP. 

 

Please, can you make an exemption and return this camera. As I said, it's new - the same way you delivered sitting at home till now.

Btw, why do your customer support members NEVER reply to the phone calls? And the online chat is not available! 
What a terrible support.
