When I go to the bestbuy app and go to my purchases and Click on the item I want to return it doesnt show a return label it just says that the return request is confirmed.

Have you contacted someone in chat or the 1-888 number to get a label resent? This would be the quickest if you need to return an item.

Based on your post it sounds like this may have already been sent to you. Just to be sure, have you checked the Spam and Junk folders in your email account? These can sometimes be filtered out of your inbox.
