I have two orders which are stuck in the Bolingbrook, IL warehouse. I ordered with next day delivery, and now, two days in a row, despite being packed up and ready to go, with FEDEX tracking numbers, they have not been handed over to FEDEX.
I contected customer service via chat and phone several times, and they keep telling me, don't worry, be happy, and the packages will be delivered on time. I guess Best Buy has a "Star Trek" transporter......or FEDEX greatly exceeds the speed limit ont he highway.
I am getting no where on this, Best Buy has charged my card since they consider these orders shipped, and I have no product. I have been ELITE cutomer for many many years, and still this shameful customer service.

Thank you so much for responding quickly! The warehouse has finally shipped (3 days late) and FEDEX just delivered. So this issue has now resolved itself. Thanks again for responding.
