I am not receiving verification code. This is not in Spam Box too.

Hello,

 

I am not receiving verification code.

This is not Spam blocking problem. No mail is going neither to my Inbox and neither Spam Box.

Some e-mails works like the one for registering in this forum. Today I logged in Bestbuy.com, I could chat with someone that helped me with an order, I also asked to receive the transcript for the chat and I received. But then I signed off and tried to sign in again. It keeps asking for verification code, I click on resend and nothing happens.

No verification code and no spam at all.

 

could you help me please ?

Can you please verify that you’ve attempted the following troubleshooting steps noted below?

 

-Cleared your cache and cookies for your browser.

-Disabled your pop-up blocker for website.

-Tried an alternative browser.

-Can you please add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com as a safe sender in your email inbox?

 

Also, can you please confirm that you’re not connected to an open network or a VPN? If you are, can you please disable the VPN or/and connect to secure network? We look forward to hearing how these troubleshooting steps work for you.
