I bought an apple gift card from bestbuy, but they gave me a different gift card (not the one I bought).
The serial number on my receipt and the gift card I received do not match.
I cannot redeem the gift card, and i cannot return it, because one store manager said I have to bring back the card that matches the serial number on the receipt. (how ridiculous is this, you did not give me that one, How could I give me back)
I contacted both apple and bestbuy for many times, this problem cannot be solved.
what makes mad is Bestbuy even did not admit this is a mistake. They told me before my curbside pickup, they will scan it and they must match. But why would this happen?
Is Bestbuy's new business model? make profits by cheating customers? this model is so nice. free money maker.
