I bought, among other things, a nintendo switch for my nephew, when he received it, the box was not sealed and did not have the seal of guarantee. I think the nintendo switch was used or was in exhibition, that's why I feel cheated. I ask for an explanation about this.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums, and thank you for reaching out to us about this. As a gamer myself, I know how important it is to get a new console that hasn’t been used.

That’s why I was concerned when my own Switch arrived without a seal on it. I did some research, and it turns out that this is how the Switch is shipped out. It isn’t unusual for one to arrive without any seal on it, so I’m confident that yours is new.

I wish I went back to my gaming roots memories.

My NES Classic, SNES Classic and 2DS XL I own did not have seals. Nintendo is not doing this. 

I also don't remember it on my original NES or SNES having a seal. The only thing that was sealed was games.
