Hello, I recently ordered a laptop from your online store and I received no confirmation email and nothing is showing up in my purchases tab under my account. I was notified by my bank asking me if these charges were made by me, and I accepted these charges. I see a charge of $582.99 on my bank account, but I have received no acknowledgement that the order was even accepted or in the process of being filled, etc. ????????????? Any help is appreciated.

I haven't been receiving emails from Best Buy for some time when I make a purchase. This needs to be sorted out as it's unacceptable. Some of these purchases are for high vanue items and I need to be able to easily track past purchases.
I choose to shop at Best Buy. There are manuy other vendors I could use.

I placed an order through the live chat and purchase it,But I don't receive any email,and my card has been charged by bestbuy, and I chat with agents, They also can't find my order. How to solve this problem?
