Congratulations on your new smartphone! We know getting a new phone is a big deal, so we appreciate that you decided to place your order with us. That said, I can understand why it would be concerning to not have a copy of the receipt arrive with your order.
While we can't re-send the receipt when the purchase was placed online, there are other options. On our site, there is a Find Your Order page that allows you to look-up a purchase with the order number, last name, and order number. From there you should be able to track down your order and print off an invoice for your phone.
If you're not able to locate the purchase that way, use the blue "Private Message" feature in my signature to send over your full name, phone number, and email so I can try to track down the order number to assist with your search.

Thanks so much for getting back to us on this. I’m relieved to hear that the folks on the phone were able to help out.
What Elle noted is correct in that we generally cannot re-send receipts for online purchases, only in-store purchases. I assure you she wasn’t trying to avoid your question, but giving you the best answer she could.
