Welcome to our forums! I've switched to digital downloads for my movies and games for the past few years now, and generally speaking, I've received my orders pretty quickly, so I'm sorry to hear this doesn't seem to be the case with your most recent order.
As outlined in our Downloading Digital Content Help Center article, any digital purchases you make with Best Buy should be available within your Digital Library, shortly after your order is processed. If you've still not received the email for your digital content you were expecting, I recommend reviewing our step by step process to access your content through your Digital Library, and I'm optimistic you'll be able to access your purchase there.
