I wish to file a complaint re the extremely poor Customer Service that I received both by the Best but Chast as well as on the phone at the Best But Customer service line.
I spent 1 1/2 hours with Chat trying to find out why I could not redeem a 25% promotional code that I was given. They kept handing me off to different people ( Jordan, Oliver, Charlton and Shaun) and after the 4th person who said he was a supervisor, he said he could not help me and suggested that I call into the Customer Service line for better assistance. After a 20 minute wait, I first spoke to Micah who then transfered me to Benjamin who transferred me to his supervisor Micheal. Micheal kept insisting that the reason that my promo code would not work was that it was expired. I kept trying to explain to him that the promotion was from Dec 1- 15 2018 ( I was looking right at it) so how could it now be expired today (the 15th)? He became angry and beligerent and told me that promos expire the day before what they say on the actual coupon and that the promo expired at 11:59 pm on December 14th and so now, the 15th, it was no good and could not be reissued. How does that make any sense? I kept pressing him on this issue and when I requested to speak with someone higher up, he said no. He also told me he would not provide me with his last name or employee id and then proceeded to disconnect the call.
I have NEVER in my life had such poor customer service. The representatives are poorly trained, not customer oriented and entirely unprofessional.
