So I was recently going through my credit accounts to be sure everything was in order and I realized that my BestBuy credit still had an open return for an item I purchased back on June 25, 2020 of last year. Beside the UPS logo it says, "Return Pending."
I honestly have no idea why it still says that when I had it returned within a week or two after it was purchased.
How long until BestBuy finally closes this return and refunds my account?

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you reaching out to us regarding the status of this return. I know whenever I return something I hope to receive the refund as quickly as possible. I'd be glad to provide some more details about our Return & Exchange Promise and this timeline.
Generally, returns made in our store locations can take up to one full billing cycle to show on your statement, but typically will reflect in the account sooner. Returns by mail are generally processed within seven to ten business days after they arrive at our return center.
