I purchased an order with both a credit card and gift card. I received the refund e-mail on January 1st and then received the refund on the credit card a few days later. I spoke to a few reps who told me the refund was coming to my original gift card (every answer was the same: in 24-48 hours). Then I spoke to someone last week who said a new gift card was actually sent to me back on January 1st and to wait until January 15th to receive it in the mail. (She was not sure why the other reps told me I was getting refunded to the original gift card)
I still have not received the gift card. I called again today and I was told that the rep did not have access to re-issue the gift card and transferred me to a new number. That number was no longer in service and I had to call back the original Best Buy customer service line.
I've spoken to so many people and no one seems to know how to help with this issue. Hoping I can get some assistance - thank you!
