I had a terrible in store experience at the Homewood, IL location. Went to purchase a graphics card and they refused to sell me it because I purchased one last week? I spoke to both managers who where rude and refused to give me there names. There is no rule in place at the store for purchasing graphics cards, they simply just refused to sell me it after a 1 hour drive. I asked them what is the rule for graphic card purchases at your store she said I couldn't buy one because of my previous purchase of over a week ago. So, I asked when will be the next time I can purchase one then and she said you need to make a busness account because we won't sell you anymore at this store. This made absolultly no sense. I would like all to be aware of this, I'm also a total tech member and have been supporting bestbuy for many years with them actually being my first credit card I ever opened. This is a big issue at this location and it needs to be addressed because customers shouldn't be treated in such a way and these managers need to be addressed accordingly.

Absolutly ridiculous both of these managers clearly don't know what they are talking about and if they want to input rules then they need to tell there customers you can only buy one graphics card perperson per a year. Cause that whit it seems like to me since I can't purchase another after just one week. When other local stores will sell me them with no questions asked. What a management system at the Homewood location

Please note that the Order Confirmation section of our Terms and Conditions mentions that at any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis.
Your experience at our store is taken very seriously. Please send a private message to us sharing the date and the approximate time that you visited the store, along with your name, phone and email so this may be effectively addressed.
