Horrible company to purchase from!!

Calling customer service is a waste of time! My order has been in reserving item for a week, & yet they don’t bother to tell you that the item is sold out. Customer service does NOTHING, even asking for a supervisor. But, they’re quick to take your money. I will NEVER purchase from Best Buy EVER again.
