Horrible Customer Service

If there a way to talk to someone higher than a CS supervisor? I had an issue with my phone warranty. I tried to get some further clarification on this, and I got the moat robotic, rude supervisor, Laura (Lauren) i cant recall exactly. When it was clear she either didnt have any info or just didnt care, I asked to talk to another person. She refused to transfer me, after basically begging to get transferred to someone thay actually wasnt just a robot reading off a script. She refused and hung up on me after my final request to get transferred. So is there just absolutely no accountability in this company? I have so many products purchased from Bestbuy, but if this is how they treat their customers, I will just look to support the smaller tech businesses, or even Amazon over this.

So disappointing at the lack of accountability and communication. But I'm sure I won't hear anything in response, as the company is too big to even care about their Customer service.
