Horrendous Service!

I ordered a new iPhone online for pickup the next day in Independence, Missouri. It should have taken 15 - 30 minutes to pick up the phone. But, no. My husband and I were there over 2 1/2 hours! Several people tried to help us. It was terrible. The staff was poorly trained. When we finally did leave with my new phone, the new SIM card wasn’t even updated and I ended putting the old one back in. Terrible customer service.

I value my time as well, so I would not want to spend an excessive amount of it getting an order taken care of either.
