Hopefully this is the right place. Please help with order.

Hi, I placed an order on September 1st for a dryer and 2 items for my son's birthday, a lego set and yoda toy. The dryer had been hit by a forklift so they gave me 10% back, it's a bummer, but that problem has been solved.
Now the 2nd part of the order also has problems. So, I ordered on the 1st, the 2 birthday items shipped the next day, tracking info said ontrac was committed to delivery by the end of the day on the 4th, my sons birthday was the 6th and it only had to come a few hours from California so everything made sense. For the next 6 days it sat in the same dusty ontrac facility where an overworked and underpaid private contractor scanned delivery delay, delivery delay every single day. Obviously my son went without the lego set and yoda for his birthday and dad screwed up again. At some point evidently they say they started the shipping process because out of nowhere after no movement since you guys handed it over, on the evening of the 10th a scan pops up saying my item was delivered to my garage. There are multiple problems with this from the fact that I don't have anything slightly resembling a garage to the fact that nobody besides myself drove down my driveway on the 10th, obviously with today's technology that is totally provable, and third, the item never got its departure or arrival scans that they always get when they're actually moving a product. I have a feeling it's still lost somewhere in that dusty, dark ontrac facility in California where this all began.

Please help me. I can't magically fix the fact that dad didn't come through with a present for his son this year, but at least give me what I ordered and put another strike on ontrac for being the incompetent company that they are, disappointing your customers even though you guys are doing exactly what your supposed to do. Thank you. I really do appreciate you guys help.

How long does customer service usually take to respond on this? I called in but got transferred around for an hour and ended up hanging up out of frustration when someone sent me back to the person I originally talked to.

Sometimes takes a few days here... Generally worth the wait as the moderators here actually work for bestbuy in Thier corporate office. Where the phone people are at a call center outside if the u.s. and have no clue
