Twice in a month, I have ordered from Best Buy online. Both times they had indicated next day delivery.
Both times, they failed to meet their commitment.
The latest, I ordered an apple pen from them yesterday eary in the day. Recevied notification package would be on my doorstep the next day.
Today (next day) receive a notice that package won't be delivered as expected. To top it off, the tracking tool shows the package has not even left Best Buy.
