High value package stolen at UPS access point



I've ordered a Macbook pro from BB on 9/5 to be delivered on 9/8. UPS had some delay and went to my home only on 9/9 but I was travelling. Then, they moved the package to a near access point.


I went to pick up the package on 9/12 but was informed the package had been already collected by someone using my name. How could this be possible?


It suppose to require an ID to confirm the identification of the receiver. I was far away travelling and I can prove it with air tickets, hotel bookings, etc. 


I've contacted UPS, explained the occurred and they request me to, in their words: "contact BEST BUY CORPORATE, in order for them to submit the claim request through their shipping system"


Please, I'm desesperate for some help. I need the laptop for working. Thank you.
