I would like a post purchase price match on a movie I purchased from bestbuy.com. I have called several times and the associates who performed the price match said it went through each time but I never got an email and upon checking my credit card I did not see a credit on my account. Its been over two weeks since the last price match and the wait time are unfortunately very long. Would it be possible to send me pm at your earliest convenience so I can provide my order number and sku so the price could be adjusted correctly. Thank you very much. Since I am an elite plus member I am still within the price match guarantee. Thanks again.
