Help with online order

I need help with my order! I ordered it last Friday and it still says it’s “packaging my items” it’s been this way for 6 days and it’s supposed to be arriving tomorrow!

They will just delay it and give you no information as to why. Just like they did to mine

I put premium shipping on my orders and all of them are delayed. What's the point in offering this, if you can't supply the timeframe to your customers?
