Hi there. Looking for support with my order. I am currently traveling out of the country or I would go into a store to try to resolve this.
A game I've been looking for was on sale for a much cheaper price at WalMart. I contacted the chat session on Bestbuy.com and after checking, the rep told me it qualified for price match and I needed to place the order. I did so immediately, and after a few moments, they came back to advise me that I would get refunded the difference. The actual refund was less than 10% of the agreed upon amount. No clue what is going on...would like a contact to send these two emails (refund email and chat transcript) to to help me get the right refund, please.

OK to close this topic (couldn't edit). While the email said I was only getting $1.71 back, I got the actual $13.76 back when looking at my statement. Apparently it's an issue with the email.
