I see the order in my history and order number but I cannot get the total payed before I applied my reward certs. The total in my history and confirmation email just says $4.95. I am trying to claim a warranty on the headphones but they will not accept it until I provide the full cost breakdown. Please help!

As regards your query, the online receipt for your order is Best Buy's official receipt for your purchase. Other versions of the receipt do not exist and therefore cannot be provided.
