Help needed with an online order please, package shipped to a wrong address.

Dear Bestbuy support team,

 

   Please help me to solve my issue here or guide me to a manager. I ordered a laptop from bestbuy.com with order # {removed per forum guidelines}. The issue was that it was shown be delivered from online record. But I never received it.

 

   In the last two months we are waiting for the investigation, however the result came in unfavroable to us. Until yesterday, I found that the real reason is that Fedex delivered the item to a wrong address (shipping address was correct), because there is only one number difference in the house address, maybe Bestbuy didn't notice it during the previous investigation. Now we would ask if someone from Bestbuy corporation could take a look again for us. Previously we had been "arguing" Fedex deliver or not, which spent too much efforts and can't resolve the issue between us.  Though we provided a ring record, it wasn't convince your company of Fedex no show-up. Aparently both of us didn't find the root cause, which is that Fedex delivered it to a wrong address. Now we are sure that with this new finding (actually provided by Bestbuy/Fedex, but I believe the address error has never be noticed), we are able to solve the issue together. Please, please, we need someone from Bestbuy to contact us and take one more look about Fedex delivery proof. The general customer service wouldn't help on this matter due to none of them is able to access such detailed information. We have tried and repeatively told our story. It doesn't work.

Thank you for quick reply.

 

Josh is the one sent us the result. After I find the wrong address on the fedex, I wrote him a message and attached the Fedex document (it seems to me that is a team email address {removed per forum guidelines}). However I hasn't got any response from him and anybody yet. I also called the phone number he provided us in his message and always went to voice message. It is so difficult to speak to someone from bestbuy...Then someone referred me the forum for additional help. Could you please help us to let Josh reply my email or contact me? Or guide us a person who is willing to help me. This person only need to help us to look at our new finding and communicate to the company team.

   Good afternoon. I am checking in to see if you received my private message and is there any response from your company? I have emailed Joseph for a couple emails since last week and got no reponse at all. His phone number doesn't work too: always go to voice message but never call back. Hopefully you could bring us a "light". Thank you in advance.
