I just figured out the refrigerator I ordered won't fit through the basement door, which is where it needs to go! I have found a different model from Best Buy that WILL fit, and I would like to swap the two. When I go online to the order, it says it's too late to cancel it (delivery was still 7 days away).
The phone number for Help had me on hold for a half hour and then worked with me for 15 minutes before telling me she could not cancel it either, because I had ordered it online, and they were only a call center.
The Chat option has continuously kept me from a live chat because they say they are too busy and I should try again later, which I have done many times over the last two days.
Somebody *has* to be able to intercept this. I really do want to buy the other model, and I *need* a refrigerator!
Any helpful ideas?
