Help - Order Said “Processing” then Account Verification Email Didn't Come

I had a highly sought after graphics card in my checkout, the MSI 3080 Ventus, and it went through the whole process of getting my credit card and shipping info. Then it said “processing” and then went to a screen to verify my account. I never received the verification email. The link I clicked to purchase was from Twitter so I’m trying to get the verification to go through I lost that screen, and I don’t think the order processed. However we’ve been trying to buy this card for months so is there a way to check and confirm my order? I’m so bummed that a technical glitch of not getting the verification email may mean that we missed out after fighting for so long against all of the scalpers. I’d greatly appreciate someone at Best Buy helping us confirm this order!
