Hi,

I purchased 7 x google home mini during the sales promotion where each unit should have been accompanied by $10 bestbuy gift card.  

I made the purchase online on November 23rd and received delivery on 11-28.  I went on my best buy account and clicked on option to resend the gift certificates via email but i have not received any of the 7 gift cards that I should be getting.  I've tried this numerous time but I have yet to receive emails...  I am getting other emails from best buy but not the gift card email...

Please help me.
