Help? Damaged appliance delivered

In February I bought $6100 worth of kitchen appliances for my remodel from Best Buy. I did not open them until last week because the project was delayed. When I opened the dishwasher it was damaged and the door does not properly open.

I went to the store and they told me to call Samsung. Samsung tells me they will not fix it unless I pay them for the repairs.

How can I avoid going in circles? I am a little surprised to be stuck in a game of hot potato after such a major purchase. These are brand new never installed appliances.
