Help Cancelling Digital Download Order

I purchased remote start installation with t-harness which came as a digital download. Then, when I called to make an appointment for installation, I was told I had not purchased everything I needed (that being the actual remote start hardware). The worker I was speaking to said what I wanted had installation included, and I could cancel my digital download. I went ahead and purchased what I needed and was transferred to some department to cancel the digital download. 90 minutes later and they just keep hanging up on me or transferring me to a different department. I realize digital downloads say they cannot be cancelled, but a worker assured me it could be done. Now I am out $200 and have no need for this digital download!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so upset and disappointed with Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never shop there again.
