Hope all is well-you guys are offering a lower price on Yakuza-Like A Dragon for Xbox.

I just called the My Best Buy Elite hotline and am having trouble getting a price adjustment and was not given a satisfactory answer why it was not being processed.

Can anyone help me out?!

If its a special sale or Cyber Monday or BF pricing you can't price match it because its not a regular sale.
