Hi,
my order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.
I have requested a return on February 25th for my order, but I was told that I could not return a pick up in-store item back to you guys and my order got shipped back to me after 15 days. I went to the store, trying to return my item and I got rejected. I tried to contact you guys via phone and online chat, and I even was not able to reach you guys when both of them were down. It was a waste of my time and I just wanted my refund back.
My item is totally unopened, and what I want right is to get my refund.
Please help me with that, I really need my money back during this Corona-virus time as a student...
