I have been having issues logging into bestbuy.com in similar fashion to the gentleman over here:

Can you please take a look if there is anything that can be done to fix the account?

I also have a feeling that the massive influx of shoppers whenever Nvidia graphics cards get restocked could be causing major trouble.

I am ready to share any details that need clarification.
