Yesterday my friend asked for a price match successfully in best buy. when I ask for the same product they told me that it must be shipped immediately not only in stock which makes me confused! I can promise that when she bought it they were the same situation as now.

Welcome to our community. Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee is a terrific way to get the best price on the products you need every day and I'm gratified to hear that you hoped to take advantage of this offering. I'm not so happy to hear that your request was declined.
To my understanding, our Price Match Guarantee does require that an online competitor to which a price match has been requested be in stock with product available to ship immediately.
While I would not be able to speak to solutions found by our other customers, I do hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.
