Hi,
After reporting the package was stolen, my account was flagged and all future order canceled by the fraud system. I'm having trouble understanding since I've been an Best Buy elite member & has been buying all my electronics from you guys. Please help with this huge transgression.
I still haven’t received my refund even tho I got a email confirmation saying it was cancelled. I got the email on Tuesday December 7th, 2021

To protect the financial interest on Best Buy if your account had a very expensive item that was purchased and you filed a claim, your account may be restricted to protect you and the company. From what I understand these things may not be able to be reversed but I could be wrong.
A mod may be able to shed some light on this.
