Haven't received my gift card refund, still zero balance

I canceled one of my orders yesterday. I purchased that item using my best buy credit card and my gift card. However, the current balance of my gift card is still zero. My gift card's original balance was 295. I need to use my gift card to buy some stuff. Please help me out.
