There can be a number of reasons that the verification did not go through, but it will require one of the moderators to look into to know your specifics. Hang tight if you want to know the details, a moderator will be by once they reach your post in the queue. The good news is that since the order did not complete, your payment was also never completed on Best Buy's end and should require nothing additional on your part correct. If paid with a Credit Card, the authorization charge from when you placed the order will simply fall off after a few days. If a Debit Card, the funds will be returned to your account within the allotted time your bank withholds funds on debit transactions. If paypal, the process is similar to Debit Cards in that it will be returned by paypal within the time it takes them to return funds.
