Haven't received gift card yet

I bought samsung s22 ultra, I have a protection plan on it. I lost my phone so I called the department they told me I have to pay 249 deductible to get new phone. I paid it . But they never send it. So I called again they told its out of stock and they will send me gift card.. which they never. I talked with various people.. but nothing is solved. Please help me
