Hello, on the 16th of august i returned a laptop i bought and got best buy giftcards as a refund ($2000 and $221)
i made 2 orders with the giftcards, both of them were cancelled and i got my money back on the first order i made, on the second one i didnt get the refund within the 30 minutes mark that they gave me, so they told me to wait 24 hours to receive it and i only got $421 out of the $2000.
I got in contact with support and they told me to call the best buy giftcard team, i did and they told me to wait 48 hours for the remaining balance to appear. After the 48 hours passed i didn't get the other $1600 so I called 2 times yesterday, they hung up both times after leaving me on hold because they were "investigating" the issue, the email team hasn't been any better either.
