Hello, I placed an order online at BestBuy.com and used PayPal for the payment but because the item was damaged when I received the package I returned it to my local Best Buy store.
The Best Buy return receipt from 2020/07/31 that I got mentions "REFUND PAYPAL" but I have not received anything back on my PayPal account yet.
Can anyone please help to see why the refund has not gone through yet? I tried calling the Best Buy customer service center but the Agent was not able to help at all and said I either have to open up a dispute on PayPal or go back to the store to ask someone there.
