Hi Team.
This issue has getting more and more interesting: I've been trying to get a refund ($18.42) back to my Best Buy e-gift card since December 2020. Because I never received the 246 ink cartridge in my order {removed per forum guidelines}. After multiple online chats and phone calls, I was told today that a manager will put hands on this issue and make sure the refund reaches my gift card within the next 72 hours.
However, after this call, when I went to check my gift card balance, I'm getting a message of "the gift card number or PIN you entered is not valid. Please try again". -- I'm certain that the card number and PIN I entered is correct. I don't know why it just became invalid. I still has a balance of $1.02 on it. The balance should be updated to $19.44 when the refund is on the card. But now this card is just unaccessible?
I'd really like to know what's the cause for this issue... is there anything I can do about it? And I'd really appreciate it if I can get my money back. Why does it have to be so hard??

I still haven't heard back from any one, the refund is still not on my card, and my other post in the forum got deleted... this is horrible.

Thank you guys! This issue has actually been resolved, looks like the backend team fixed the issue the refund is finally appearing on my gift card.
