Half of order sent to wrong address!

Hello! I recently placed order number {removed per forum guidelines} for a few items. When ordering I updated the shipping address as I've moved a few months ago. The first few items in my order are shipping to the address I input, but two are shipping to an old address in Kissimmee, and I'm unsure as to why (it was the same order). Any help would be greatly appreciated Smiley Happy

Ordering online should be fun and easy, and we like to provide great options to help our customers who choose to shop with us in this manner. With that in mind, it is possible to ship items from the same order to multiple addresses. See more about this on our website here. Regarding why you would have multiple addresses selected, it sounds like you may have accidentally chosen an old address still saved on your account for some of the products on your order. For the future, I would recommend completely removing your old address from your account as it can be easy to accidentally ship to a wrong address when there are multiple on file.

 

As for what may be possible to assist going forward, I’d love to take a closer look at your individual order. Please keep in mind that most orders only allow modification for about 30 minutes after it is placed, so I cannot guarantee a specific result. Thanks for the quick response, great service! I'd love to send details but I don't see a blue "private message l" button. I see "add comment" "accept as solution" and "kudo 0".

Hi there, thepaulse,

 

If accessing from a mobile device instead of a PC, the layout of the forum is a bit different. While it looks like you ended up logging into a PC and I have your message now, in a situation like that, an alternative way to send a private message should be to click on my forum name “Kayla-BBY” to the left of my post and then select “Send this user a private message” under the “Contact Me” info.
